Benefits of Being Coached by Pete

Here's what hiring Pete Quily as your coach can do for you:

Answers. I help you discover the answers inside of you. If you are like most people you probably don't follow other people's advice, at least not too far. However, if you come up with the answers yourself, you're far more likely to implement them. I help you access your own answers by truly listening to you, asking powerful questions, and combining logic and intuition.

Clarity. I help to bring clarity to the situations in your life. For example what are your values? How important are you values in different areas in your life? What happens when you’re not following your values?

Perspective. I help give you an outside, impartial perspective. Unlike family, friends and work associates, a coach has no hidden agenda with you. The only agenda is to assist you in achieving success in all areas of your life and living life fully.

Structure. The structures you need to make positive changes in your life, they can be structures around the “doing” part of you or the “being” part of you. Both are important.

Goal Setting. I help you set goals, and develop strategies that work towards achieving those goals. Many people use coaches to help them achieve their goals quicker and with less struggle.

Support, encouragement, and motivation. These are things that increase your chances of achieving your goals, whether the goals are material, emotional, mental or spiritual.

I feel that coaching is so powerful and so personal, the best way to understand it is to experience it.That is why I offer a free 30 minute complimentary session so you can try it out, risk free. If a picture is worth a thousand words, an experience is worth a million.

Here’s a few words other people have to say about coaching.

"A coach is someone who shows you how to do or master something, whether it be reaching an important goal or making a difficult change. A coach stays with you and helps you select the goal, engage with it, progress through it, achieve it, and integrate accomplishment into your life...on a one-to-one, custom-tailored basis"

Thomas Leonard - Founder Coach University, International Coach Federation, Coachville.com

“Coaching is unlocking a person's potential to maximize their own performance. It is helping them to learn rather than teaching them. Clients say coaching brings out their best by helping them focus, break down tasks and clarify their values.”

Fortune Magazine

Life coaches help you clear the road to success and stay in touch with what really matters."

New Age Magazine

"Want a booster to cheer you on, a guru for guidance, a drill sergeant to keep you disciplined? Someone who will make you walk your talk, but do it gently? Maybe what you want is a personal coach."

Houston Chronicle
